I purchased the Look Better Naked book
I’m starting tomorrow. I already put together my work out week and I plan on going grocery shopping tomorrow to make the meals it has on the plan.
Sadly since I work in a restaurant and work long nightly hours so I had to change up some of the evening meals to healthier options we have at the restaurant.
I didn’t think it would hurt since I’m just switching it to side choices that include sweet potatoes, soup, side salads, or even baked potato. Obviously staying away from the butter filled broccoli.
We’ll see how everything goes!
